1/2 cup So Delicious® plain yogurt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice
1 pinch red pepper flakes
1 pinch kosher salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
2 whole Granny Smith apples, cored and cut into thin slices
3 cups green cabbage, finely sliced
2 cups red cabbage, finely sliced
1 cup carrots, grated
1/2 cup sweet onions, finely sliced
In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, cider vinegar, honey, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
Add the apples, green and red cabbages, carrots, and onions. Mix together.
Place in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to come together and the cabbage to soften slightly.
