Ingredients

1/2 loaf low-protein bread

4 tsp egg replacer

2 cups dairy-free liquid creamer

2 tsp and 1/2 tsp cinnamon, divided

1/4 cup sugar

3 whole apples
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

Grease a square cake pan, and set aside.

Cut low-protein bread into 1-inch cubes, and place cubes in a large bowl.

Mix the egg replacer, dairy-free creamer, and ½ tsp cinnamon together, and pour over the bread cubes. Toss to coat well.

In a small bowl, mix the remaining 2 tsp of cinnamon with the sugar.

Peel and core apples, and chop into chunks. Add half of the apples to the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar. Cover the layer of apples with half of the soaked bread cubes. Repeat to make 4 layers total.

Bake for 50 to 60 minutes. Serve hot with maple syrup.
