- 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 4 scallions, white portion only, minced
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 1/2 tsp canola oil
- 2 to 3 cups vegetables of choice, *cut into 2-inch strips

-
In a small bowl, combine the garlic, ginger, and scallion whites.
-
In another small bowl, combine the honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, and ketchup; stir until smooth.
